Unitfox ("the app", "we", "us") is a property-management application that helps you track units, rent charges, payments, expenses, work orders and staff for a building or site. Your privacy matters to us.
Nothing is transmitted by us. Unitfox runs entirely on your device. All app data — unit details, charges, payments, expenses, work orders, staff records and any attachments — is stored locally in the app's private on-device database. We do not collect, upload, or share any of this data. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no tracking of your usage by us.
Unitfox displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, AdMob may collect certain device information (such as device identifiers and usage data) to deliver and measure ads, and may use it for personalized advertising. This processing is governed by Google's policies, not ours:
You can learn about how Google uses data when you use third-party apps and sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, or Apple's ad preferences on iOS).
Because your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption, app sandbox). To protect your records, always keep your phone or tablet locked when not in use.
You can delete the app's data at any time by uninstalling Unitfox or by clearing the app's data in your device settings. This permanently removes all locally stored information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
